Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

Sal Sandoval is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), accredited by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. As a Field Instructor, he has provided clinical supervision to pre-licensed Master of Social Work (MSW) Associates, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Interns, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) candidates from various universities.

In addition to his supervisory role, Sal has maintained a part-time private practice. Through the supervision process, he is committed to fostering lifelong professional learning and personal growth. He is deeply attuned to diversity in all its forms and upholds strong ethical principles. Sal excels in building effective supervisory relationships while providing meaningful clinical feedback. He is adept at assessing the learning needs and developmental levels of supervisees, encouraging open dialogue to ensure their individual objectives are met.
